Tuesday November 11

Ahhhh....I missed my friend Hoke's birthday. That's the first time in many years. Happy Birthday my dear friend. Remember the year we had the bet that the city of Moline wouldn't finish that area by Whitey's on 23rd by your birthday? Were we young then?

I am getting ready to come home. Tomorrow one of the other teachers and I will go to the lighthouse, one of the local sites. I haven't had a lot of time to sightsee, so tomorrow and Thursday I will see a few things.

We had Bible study tonight. It is now 10:00 and I am tired abnd ready to go home. I will see you all soon.

Lois

What are you eating??? I would be very interested in knowing about your diet while you are there. Are you eating "western" food, or are you eating local food???

Love you!!!

Only a few more days now. I miss you so much. Bill and I had a nice time. It was good to see him. Buster loved having him around as well.

Enjoy your sightseeing. I can't wait to see your pictures.

Hi in China!
It is so hard to believe that we have been hearing from you on this thing called a blog from so far away. Technology is so amazing. I really miss your voice though! I hope this has been a wonderful experience for you and can't wait to see pictures and here what you have to say along with them.
Dad asks about how your trip is going every weekend and hopes you are safe so far away. Laura and Joshua ask how your trip is going.
Valerie finished student teaching and started a long term sub for a teacher in Erie, on Monday of this week. We are going for dinner tomarrow night and will hear all about it.
Have a safe trip home, friend!
Can't wait to see you.
Your friend, Susan
